Ministry Marketing OS Phase · 00 Foundation Free / Permanent

Most Church Marketing
Sounds Like Church Marketing.
That's The Problem.

Paste it into ChatGPT. Paste it into Claude. It stops sounding like a church and starts sounding like yours.

That's the foundation. Everything else compounds on it.

Origin

2 AM / Dallas

It was 2 AM.

A revision loop on a campaign that should have taken twenty minutes.

The copy was fine. Technically.

It just didn't sound like us. It sounded like every other church. Every other flyer. Every other Instagram caption written by a well-meaning volunteer at 11:47 PM on a Saturday.

I kept rewriting the same three sentences. Not because the words were wrong. Because the voice was wrong. I had taste. Taste doesn't scale.

You can't enforce what you haven't named.

You can't delegate what you haven't documented.

You can't scale what only lives in your head.

So I built one. For my house first. Then I productized it. This page is the foundation. Free. Permanent. Yours.

Phase 00 / System

The Church Brand Voice System Prompt.

Paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, or any AI. It writes in your church's voice. Every caption, email, sermon recap, event description, and push notification comes back sounding like it belongs to your house.

Without it, every other phase is guessing. With it, the rest compounds.

Fit

Built For Some. Not For Others.

Built For

  • Communications directors tired of rewriting everything themselves.
  • Marketing pastors building teams they can actually delegate to.
  • Creative leads at multi-site churches keeping voice consistent across campuses.
  • Solo comms people who need to move faster without sacrificing craft.
  • Anyone who's said “close but not us” three times this week.

Not Built For

  • People looking for Canva templates.
  • Teams who think “on-brand” means “we used the right font.”
  • Anyone wanting to skip the forty-five minutes of definition work.

The prompt only works if you do the thinking. That's the whole point.

Economics

Why Free

The part that actually changes things shouldn't be behind a paywall.

Voice is the foundation. If I charge for the foundation, I'm extracting from the people I claim to serve. I'd rather put the foundation in your hands free, and build the paid work on top — the cohort, the full OS, the strategy retainers — for teams that want to go further.

The Black Church taught the world how to communicate. We don't need better templates. We need better systems. This is the first one.

Access

One Email.
Delivered Instantly.
Waitlist Locked In.

No drip funnel. No sales tricks. No “I'll follow up in three days.” Just the prompt, and a heads-up when the full cohort opens.

System

Phase 0 Is The Foundation.

Six more phases live behind it. Research. Strategy. Content. Production. Distribution. Analysis. Eighteen live campaign playbooks built off real work at scale. The full Ministry Marketing OS opens later this year as a paid cohort for ministry marketing leaders installing the entire system — not just the foundation.

I run marketing for one of the most-watched churches in America. I've built the systems we use to produce at scale — and I've rebuilt them twice when they broke. The Ministry Marketing OS is what I wish someone had handed me on day one.

I'm not selling theory. I'm sharing the working blueprint.

Still learning. Still building. Grateful to be in the room.
